A Cretan Odyssey through Food & Wine
Over five thoughtfully matched courses, journey through the rustic heart of Cretan cooking, from classic Dakos and Kalitsounia pastry parcels to a warming fisherman’s soup, smoky pork loin, and the beloved slow-cooked wedding dish Gamopilafo.
Each course is paired with exceptional, little-known wines from two of Crete’s most celebrated producers, closing with a refreshing Watermelon Granita and a shot of warming Cretan Rakomelo.
Discover bold flavours, rare wines, and a food culture that has been feeding souls for centuries on a long table, with great wine, and even better company.
