Eleni’s Kitchen + Bar continues a legacy that began in 1971, when Eleftheria’s grandmother Eleni opened Yarraville’s first Greek restaurant. Five decades on, that same spirit of generosity and home-cooked warmth lives on in every dish, now shaped by Head Chef Christos Katopodis and brought to life in one of Melbourne’s most beloved neighbourhood dining rooms.
As part of the Greek Food & Wine Festival, join co-owner Eleftheria for a four-course, meze-style dinner spanning well-loved favourites and lesser-known regional specialties, generous, share-style plates designed to bring people together around the table.
Expect house-made dips with warm pita, slow-baked gigantes, char-grilled South Australian octopus with skordalia, ouzo keftedes with rice, and Greek coffee to finish.
